I want to crave and use pumpkins this year in my Halloween decorating, but I want to be earth conscious too.

Ask aroud in your neighborhood. A lot of people use them to feed the deer.

Pumpkins, like any raw fruit or vegetable, are the most easily biodegradable. Find someone in your area who has a compost bin and offer them your pumpkins.
